What is the price difference between 100% merino wool and 50/50 merino/bamboo products? If I send you one of our underwear set (top & trousers), could you make a sample based on that?

Regarding the samples you asked for, I checked our warehouse right now, #1, #4 are not available except #3. They are from the bulk orders we did before,Some only have a few pcs left,were taken by some other clients already.I'm so sorry for it!

There are 2 options:

1.We can make the samples (with available fabric) you asked for,but it will cost 7-10days, our sample making department are overloaded for the 13/14 Salesman samples.Tks for your understanding in advance.

2.We can sent you # 3sample,190gsm single jersey fabric swatch(1# Fabric),270gsm wool terry fabric swatch(4#fabric), a pcs of Man's wool pants(100% merino,210gsm),and some other wool blended fabric swatch for your reference.You can check our 4-needles 6-threads workmanship with the crew top and pants.Is it workable?

 

And about the samples you will sent to us,I confirm that  the address is correct. Upon received your origin samples ,we will quote you soonest as you requested.And we can make counter samples.

The size L is  bigger than  our  usual size L.

J.A.K style we sent you is of bigger size already.

And as the other 3 factors below:

1.Contrast Color Panel  (under arm,hip,back neck half-moon shape)

2.More Technical  Decorative flat-locked seams

3.5 PCS heat transferred logo

The price will be higher than that we quoted before.Thanks for your understanding in advance.

Rough estimate for quantity is 700pcs of both shirt and pant. How does the quantity affect the price if we take 200 more or less?

 

You can find some examples of color and model for the samples from the links below. We'd like to have samples of both 100% merino (210g/m2) and 50%merino/50%bamboo.

 

COLOR (for shirt and pants):

 

In the wool fabric swatches you send there was two colors of grey 210g/m2. We liked the darker grey, but we'd still want the shirt and pant to be a little bit darker. So they can be quite dark grey.

For the sizing of the shirt; we'd like to have it a little bit more casual. So please increase the size just a little bit from armpit to armpit. The sample you sent to us had good sizing for the sleeves. And for the pants please make the waistband darker grey than the rest of the pants and in the middle of the waistband we'd like to have the same logo as there is in the samples Tuomas send to you.

 

 

We are also thinking about a T-shirt. Could you please make a sample from 180g/m2. It can be the same dark grey as in the fabric swatches.

1. could you tell us how many colors you will be used in 700pcs?

2. could you tell us how many samples you need in 2 different fabric ?

3. Otto said, the best way is to send us your size chart. If you have no design, we can send you our size chart for your reference, and you decide to use that the correct size finally.

1.       Only one color for shirt and pant. We want them to be very dark grey (darker than in the fabric swatches). If it's possible make the 100% and 50%/50% samples with different grey, so we can see two options.

2.       One sample per/shirt/pant/fabric size #L. Shirt with the collar with wooden buttons (from the link) and pants with darker grey waistband and our logo:

·         100% merino 210g/m2 pant and shirt color: very dark grey

·         50%merino/50%bamboo pant and shirt color: very dark grey

·         100% merino T-shirt color: dark grey (same as in the fabric swatches)

3.       We have our size chart for our under layer which Tuomas sent to you. You can use the same sizing for the pant, but for the shirt we want a different, more relaxed cut. You can find the size chart for our T-shirt from the attachment.

 

We are also thinking about a merino neck warmer. Is it possible to get a sample? It could be the same grey as the T-shirt with our fish pattern that you can find from the attachment.

Today, I reported your requirement to my boss, and there are some questions need to discuss:

1.  100% merino 210g/m2 pant and shirt color,we checked our warehouse today, and this sort fabric for our other client was used out already.

2. 50%merino/50%bamboo fabric, the same problem, there is not available fabric currently.

3. waistband with your logo which shall be used for your pants, it is very hard for us to ask our supplier to make them only for 2-3 pieces garments.

4. regarding your printing design on neck warmer, there are some many different fish designs in this artwork, and it is also too concentrated , we are not sure to meet the printing quality as what you motivated.

So we confused now, what we can do for you the next.

 

And finally my boss suggested , only for your reference:

1. as to 700pcs order, hope to use one sort fabric only: 100% merino or 50%merino/50%bamboo fabric, otherwise it is really difficult to organize this order.

2. hope to move to the step of the bulk order directly! as we have sent you our quality sample before , and supposed you have valued them already!

3. it is not economic for both of us to make 2-3 pcs samples , as there is not available correct fabric for you at the moment, so we need to spinning , dyeing and knitted one more time. We have stock system, but it is only for setting up wool top stock system, we are always spinning  the woollen yarn as per the clients's spec requirements.

One color for shirt and pant is ok. We would really like to see and test the 50%merino/50%bamboo because we haven't seen nor tested anything like it. The collar is also something I would like to see before making a bulk order. You don't necessarily need to have the exact correct color for it, some dark grey is good or similar that you have available. The logos are not necessary for the samples.

 

About the neck warmer – can you send a sample of it in any color without the pattern?

 

The T-shirt is easy because we have the sizing and we've seen the fabrics.

 

I'll discuss the bulk order with my colleagues and get back to you asap.
