Today we checked your measurementchart , please see our quotation as  below:

-- For bulk production,  to be convienent to organize production , we always ask for 500pcs/per color

AKI: this is a high amount/colour, since we have the same style in both solid colours, 2-3 striped colours and 1-2 printed colours, but it is in general the same colours that are used for striped and printed, as for solid colours.

 Hester: as what you talked, if your color ways is general the same colors which are used for striped and printed designs, our MOQ  can revise to 300pcs/per color.

 100% super fine merino in  1x1 rib, the weight is 180 gm and NM is 19.5 micron.

1.Body Plain wool LS  Solid color FOB Shanghai Por , usd5.65/pc  ( any outside decorative packaging is excluded. ie. PE carry bag, color box etc.)

2.Body Plain wool LS Striped wool FOB Shanghai Por , usd5.85/pc  (any outside decorative packaging is excluded. ie. PE carry bag, color box etc.)

--bulk production payment: against T/T, 30% head payment, and rest 70% against copy of B/L.

AKI: the prices are aprox. 15% too high for us. Will using a 200 gm give a lower price, I know it takes more yarn, but maybe yarn can be less fine/thin?

 Hester:  Maybe have some mistake understanding between us. Nm 19.5 micron is a very spec requirement which be even to 70s wool top, it is very super fine. So, the price is higher than 21 micron. With our many years' experiences, after mercerizing and softing processing,  the hand feeling has a bit difference , a slightly difference. May I have your comments?

Pls. note that we ask our suppliers to make the labels and hangtags themselves, but we don't have special packing and boxes.

 Hester: the labels and hangtags are provided by us. You only send us your artwork , it is enough! What we mentioned are only color box, or PE carry bag.

 

Re: the sale sample terms and prices:

-- Could you tell us your SMS scheduel? how many color ways in your project? 

AKI: for last season we had 5 colours incl. a light grey mélange. The same colours was used for the 2- colour striped fabrics and for the printed fabric with 1 colour print.

 Hester: okay, we noted! If you are convenient, could you mind sending us your artwork ? And it enable us to figure out the real consumption of the woollen yarn each color. And then to offer you our competitive prices.Whilst, it is our obligation to  carry on Confidential Agreement and to protect your  designs.

Regarding the sale sample schedule, we need sale samples in October.

-- whilst, we should like to know the colors which shall be knitted in colored stripe, shall they be used in your other items?

  Hester: of course, you can do what you prefer to. The best solution is to send us your artwork. It can save much more time on price discussing.

-- we are merino wool garments maker, a direct manufacturer, not trade agent.
-- During the past years, we are always focusing on merino wool base layer or second layer for baby, children, and adult. Whilst, we have being cooperating with many inspired brands from European companies.
-- Merino wool fabric: we are always sourcing from our supplier, only one supplier. As they are with very good quality, and we have been cooperated with many years.
-- our production capacity: 60,000pcs/per month, and our effective working months are more than 10 months because of our CNY.
-- lead time of fabric knit: around 40-45days
-- lead time of bulk production: 80-90days

Re: the items you are inquiring
-- 100% merino wool, 1x1 rib, 180gsm,Nm 19.5micron
Without any querry. Our fabric supplier can make many sorts of super fine merino wool/ or merino wool mixed fabric, and the weights range are 150-270gsm. We can send you the fabric swatches for your reference.
-- the merino wool fabric: machine wash , and temperature:under 40℃
--museling free : our usual pratise, we are always asking for our fabric supplier to carry on this, and then our fabric supplier is always asking for his wool top supplier to carry on this !
-- Oekotex Standard: Perhaps it is hard for us to provide you with the certification. We have not qualified this due to the high expense cost. And the expiration is only 2 years. So it is not economic for us.

We are interested to know more about your merino wool knit production.

 

We are making a wide range of baby and childrens wool underwear in both solid colours, striped and with small print.

Our production is around 30.000 pcs a year

The quality is 100% super fine merino in a 1x1 rib, the weight is around 180 gm and NM is around 19,5 micron.

The wool shall be mulesing free and NOT superwashed. We prefer that the wool is Oekotex standard 100.

 

We are also interested in start making a summer wool with bamboo, can you pls. inform the possible compositions you have available.

 

I am interested to know the following:

What is the minimum/style

What is minimum/colour

Can you pls. inform price for a baby body, see measurementchart attached.

We normally order around 10 sale samples of each style, what is sale sample terms and prices

What are your payment terms for production.
